Google Maps 5.0 Android

Google Maps 5.0 is now available for Android. Although it has arrived with some delay, the new version of Google Maps has been submitted by Google users with a mobile phone operating system Android 1.6 as a minimum, but of course Google Maps 5.0 is fully compatible with all later, and with the brand new Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The update is now available for download with several interesting developments. You will find it completely free of charge through the Android Market.
It is clear that some features of the new Google Maps 5.0 does not find place in an old version such as Android 1.6. To test the new changes as a whole will have to do with the latest version of Android 2.3 Android possibly with Gingerbread, packet data is still a long way off for most terminals. And what are the new features found in Google Maps 5.0?
Well, first we have to mention one of the most innovative feature. And the new version of Google Maps will allow us to view maps in 3D, we provide in detail the buildings and mountains of the state territory. But there’s more. Because from now we will be able to access maps in a 3D view, rotate our position on the map and selecting the zoom to get closer to points of interest.
The user may also have maps already loaded, so they are available but do not have A-GPS connection. This is useful for maps that we use most often. Other additives are interesting applications such as Street View, now part of the maps to guide us through the streets and Google Places, a tool that will help us a lot to put us on the map and recommendations for restaurants, cafes and museums to other users.
From this moment we have the option to download Google Maps for Android 5.0. We can do this through the Android Market, but also through its own official website of Google Maps for mobile phones. How could it be otherwise, the download is free.
